I have been collecting handcuffs and other restraint equipment since the early 1950s and now have over 300 items. A large part of the collection is displayed in the new Museum of Law at the Galleries of Justice in Nottingham, England. This web-site is designed partly as an introduction to that display, but also to provide and gather information on the subject for people interested in any way.
